From sorted scraps to filament
The planned setup pairs a Creality Shredder R1 with a Filament Maker M1. We’ll assess and sort the waste, prepare it for extrusion, then check the diameter and test a sample before returning the agreed spool.
Keep materials separate and labelled. Clean, known PLA and PETG are the intended starting materials, subject to testing. Tell us the exact brand and variant, including silk, glow, fillers or flexible material. Unknown plastics, mixed polymers, resin prints, painted pieces, embedded metal and contaminated waste will not be accepted under the initial plan.
A target weight is finished filament, not waste sent. Recovery losses, colour blending and any added virgin pellets will be discussed individually. Each spool holds up to 1kg; multiple rows can request different sizes and materials. No exact colour, yield or new-filament-equivalent performance is promised.
